Threshold Engineers have been installing telephone systems since 1973 providing businesses with quality installation work, carried out only by fully qualified technicians. We install new and reconditioned systems supplied by ourselves or customer supplied. We re- locate customer owned equipment at weekends at no extra charge to keep your business down time to a minimum. We install from just 1 point up to as many as you like in to Offices, Schools, Hotels, Shops and Houses. We install system add-ons such as voicemail, call management systems etc.

Maintenance

Threshold Telecom maintain all types of telephone systems covering the CCU (Central Control Unit) the hardware and the cabling.

If you find you have a problem, Threshold Telecom will respond quickly to identify the fault and initiate necessary repairs. If the fault is covered under the Maintenance Contract this will be free of charge. If outside the terms then the repair will be chargeable at a reduced rate. Whatever, you can be sure of an urgent response and you will be back in business much earlier than you might expect.

Maintenance Contracts are available for a period of one year (renewable) and are costed on the age of the CCU and network, number and type of lines and number of extensions.
